Is Waiting List right for you?

Waiting List lets attendees join a queue when an event sells out and offers freed spots to the next person in line. It suits events that often reach capacity.

Requirements

  • MEC Pro, version 6.0 or higher (it is not compatible with MEC Lite)
  • The MEC booking module enabled
  • Pages containing the [waiting_notif_page] and [mec_waiting_claim] shortcodes
  • WordPress 5.0 or higher

What to know

  • The next person receives a time-limited offer with a claim link.
  • The claim window can be set from 5 minutes to 7 days.
  • Joining the waiting list doesn’t require upfront payment.
  • Retention settings let you anonymize, delete, or keep records.

Pricing

$39 for 1 site, $99 for 5 sites, or $179 for 10 sites. Each license includes 1 year of updates and premium support.

Setup
