Here you can manage settings for your single events pages in Modern Events Calendar:
Modern Events Calendar Single Events Page Options
Single Event Date Format
On a single event page, you can change the date format. For more information please refer to All Date Formats.
Also, you can change the time format on WP Dashboard> Settings> General Time Format.
Date Method
By choosing “Next Occurrence Date” for the events which are on repeat, your customers would be able to view another ongoing event date, and if it is set to “Referred Date”, they will be able to see the date of the event they have selected.
Single Event Style
We have two styles for single events that you can choose from; “Default Style” and “Modern Style“.
Booking Style
You can specify whether the booking widget should be shown as a pop-up (“Modal“) or as default.
Timezone Per Event
Set a different timezone for each single event.
Disable Block Editor (Gutenberg)
This option, enabled by default, disables the block editor (Gutenberg) and lets you work with Classic WordPress editor.
Breadcrumbs
By enabling this option, breadcrumbs will be shown in your single event pages. (Note: The event link will be set from the archive page and cannot be changed).
Category in Breadcrumbs
By enabling this option, the category of the event will be shown in the breadcrumb section.
Organizer Description
You can display a description for your organizers by enabling this option. (If you also want to add a description for additional organizers after activation please save the settings and refresh the page afterwards, then navigate to the additional organizers tab)
Location Description
You can display a description for your locations by enabling this option. (If you also want to add a description for additional locations after activation please save the settings and refresh the page afterwards, then navigate to the additional locations tab)
Event Cost Type
Choose the “Numeric type” if you want to include the event cost field into the search form. If you do not need the searchability then you can choose the “Alphabetic type”.
Change Currency Per Event
By enabling this option you can set the currency per each event.
Featured Image Caption
Enabling this option will let you set a caption for event’s featured image.
Public Download Module
If you enable public download module option, an upload field will appear on add/edit event page and if filled, it will appear on the event details page to download.
Sticky Sidebar
If the content you wish to display on the page is too long, then enable this option to make the sidebar sticky and view the content by scrolling down. If your sidebar has a lots of data and is a long sidebar, we don’t recommend enabling this option.

good afternoon. My query is because since Thursday the unique event design disappeared as I had configured it. No significant change was made. Mainly it is the sidebar that has been misconfigured. At first it disappeared, and then we added it but it has completely lost the design. If I configure the modern theme there directly, the sidebar does not appear.

– make sure you have the latest version.
– For troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

Hi, since updating the plugin, we lost the registration button and organiser information on the default and modern single event page. In the settings “enable decsription for organizers” is selected so im not sure hwy this has happened.
Can someone assist me? thanks
